Lesson 14:
6 Balls Around
This is a drill for speed, quick change of direction, leg strength.
The coach places 6 balls as follows: 3 on the baseline (1 on the middle, and 2 at the corners of baseline and singles sidelines), and 3 on the service line (1 in the middle and 2 at the corners of the service line and singles sidelines).
The player's racquet is placed halfway between baseline and service line.
At the command, the player will run to pick the balls up, one by one, and place them on the racquet; she should do that as fast as she can.
