Lesson 25:
Strength and Balance
This is a drill that should be performed during the lesson, or at the end of it, when the players are already warmed-up - leg strength, dynamic balance.
There are two cones placed about 12 feet apart, on the baseline, each holding a ball on top. The player must hop (on one foot) facing the net (sideways) from one cone to the other and replace the balls from one cone to the other.
Do this exercise with both feet.
