Lesson 7:
Toss-Catch-Shuffle
This is an excellent warm-up exercise for beginning players, and not only.
For the first part, two players toss a ball back and forth over the net while shuffling sideways from one single sideline to the other, and back.
Continue by tossing two balls at the same time.
The second part has the two players bouncing the balls back and forth having the doubles alley between them. In the beginning use only one ball, then two balls at the same time.
Variation: One player bounces the ball while the other will toss it.
Great for hand-eye coordination, footwork, and fun.
