Lesson 50:
Red Hula / Green Hula
This is another fun activity that is not necessarily meant to improve tennis skills but it is a good way to spice up the lessons.
Players (2 or more) position behind the baseline with a bunch of balls ready. The coach will place in front of each child, at service line, two hula hoops: one closer to them - red, the other further - green.
At command, the players will roll their balls, one at the time, trying to make them stop inside one of the hula hoops - they get 5 points for each ball that stops inside the red hula and 10 points for the ones inside the green hula.
After the players used up all the balls, they count how many points they have achieved. The highest number wins.
