Technique, movement, and strength are the foundation of tennis.
If the player moves well, she/he will play well.
Moving in balance to and away from the ball must be introduced to players from the first lessons using drills or games that are easy to execute.
Once the player understands the importance of balance, speed, strength, she/he will find the footwork exercises as a crucial role in their development.
