Lesson 22:
Falling Towers
"Falling Towers" is a fun drill in which two players face each other standing about 5-6 feet away.
Each player keeps the racquet, in balance, upside down on the ground and, on the "go!", they will leave their racquet in balance while rushing to catch their partner's racquet before it falls to the ground.
A variation would be turning 360 degrees around the racquet before it falls to the ground.
It is a good exercise for speed, hand-eye coordination, and fun.
