Lesson 16:
Cone Eight
For this drill, place 2 cones about 3 feet apart.
The player will have to shuffle sideways while weaving through the cones in an 8 pattern.
At any time, the coach could call "switch!" for the player to change direction.
It can be done shuffling sideways, or back and forth.
Good drill for dynamic balance and quick footwork.
