Mindset Explanation
There are two components to having the proper mindset when it comes to throwing success and dropping your pop time.
One, you have to expect the runner to steal. You have to know who the plus runners are and when it is a running situation during a game. If you are expecting the runner to steal, your reaction and movements are typically going to be quicker and more efficient.
And two, you have to have confidence in your ability. You have to know that if the pitcher does their job, you're going to throw the runner out. Expect success!
