Welcome to Drop Your Pop 2.0!
Hello Parents (& Catchers),
When I first started The Catching Guy, I asked my followers what they wanted help with the most, and by a resounding margin, they said they wanted help with decreasing their pop time.
So I listened and developed my Drop Your Pop Program which was a huge success and has helped hundreds of catchers around the world. Over the last several years, I've learned and developed even more drills and exercises that can be used to help improve quick hands, quick feet and arm strength & throwing mechanics, which along with proper mindset, are what I call the "Big 4" of throwing.
