Lesson 10:
Two Ball - Two Knee Exchanges
The purpose of the Two Ball - Two Knee Exchange Drill is two fold.
One, it will help with hand eye coordination and hand quickness. And two, it helps with lead arm or front arm mechanics.
The catcher should wait until the partner or coach flips the ball before they switch hands with the ball they have in their hands. The focus should be on being quick while still performing a clean exchange.
