This is a game where two players compete in a regular scoring set having the server following these rules:

– if the first serve is in, she’ll have to move up to the net

– if she has to hit a second serve, she’ll have to stay back while the returner attacks at the net right after the return.

With this game, the server learns the importance of getting the first serve in (when she is in control) while hitting the second serve she will be on the defense.
