Two pairs of players, starting from the baseline and opposite sides, play 2 points cross-court:
A versus B, C versus D.
Drill:
Pair A-B begins first: A serves and moves up towards the net, B returns and also moves up to the net; they play the point out, hitting only cross-court. Once the first point is over, the two players reset to their respective service line and the server (A, who has an extra ball) feeds a volley to the returner; both players close into the net while playing the point out, cross-court.
After both points are played, the next two opponents (C and D) repeat the same pattern, playing on their respective sides.
When one of the players wins 7 points they all switch sides (servers become returners and vice versa) and after the other 7 points are won by one of the players, they switch serving/returning locations too (ad court players will move to deuce, and vice versa).
