This is a fun, competitive game that three players would enjoy.
Drill:
There are two players (B and C) on one side, baseline; player A is on opposite side, also at baseline.
The ball is put in play by A either with a serve or “drop and hit”. His first opponent, player B, will have to win the point using 3 shots or less or he will be replaced (after the third shot) during the point by his partner C. The latter will have to finish the point and win if possible.
So this game puts pressure on the first player out of the two to win quickly or he’ll be asked to move out and let his partner take over the rest of the rally.
Each point starts with same players. After about 5 minutes, players rotate so that a new one takes A’s place (single).
