There are two groups of players lined up behind the baseline, opposite sides.
The coach or any one of the players puts the ball in play.
First player in line will hit the ball then run to touch the closest side fence then go to the end of his line; next player takes his place and so on. Each one will repeat the first player’s action: hit the ball, touch the side fence then move to the end of the line.
If anyone misses, the coach will feed another ball right away.
Play first team to win 10 points then switch sides.
Note:
– depending on the number of players, the coach can give them a harder task (e.g. 5 push ups) after they hit the ball to keep everyone active and get a good workout.
