Two teams of two players (A-B and C-D) start on the baseline on each side of the net. One feeder (F) is close to the net, near the doubles alley, same side with team A-B.
Feeder sends a ball to team C-D who hits it right after the bounce and moves up to the net. Team A-B goes up to the net also. The point is played out with both teams at the net.
After every point, feeder will send another ball to team C-D for a volley.
After they play 4 points, both teams will move back to their baseline and the cycle continues.
Play to 11 points then switch players one spot clockwise.
Note: Good drill for net approach and reflex volleys.
