Two players at the net, and two players at the baseline, opposite sides. The coach/feeder is at one of the net posts, the same side as the net players, having a basket of balls nearby.
Each point starts with a gentle feed from the coach/feeder to the baseline team.
The baseline team will have 2 minutes to win as many points as they can against the net team. The net team doesn’t count their points, they just try to prevent the baseline team from accumulating too many points.
As soon as a point is over, the feeder will put another ball in play.
After 2 minutes are up, the net team will move to the baseline and try to beat the score the other team accumulated (which will now play at the net).
Note: good drill for volleys under pressure, groundstroke consistency and match play.
